Shipping Policy

Items are shipped via Royal Mail, with free 2nd class postage included. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We're working on international delivery, we will add a notification on the site when this is possible.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at hello@risefitness.studio with full details of your order. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
