Ride
Our RIDE is an indoor cycling class where you decide how far you push yourself. With the lights low and the world class sound system kicking out high energy music you'll be swept away into an immersive experience where the world outside will cease to exist and it'll just be you, your bike, your goals and at the end, your accomplishments.
Yoga
Our YOGA varies from challenging vinyasas to wholesome yin classes. Skilled teachers help ensure that our therapeutic hot yoga classes are modified to individual's needs, with gentle movement sequences to help improve the body's movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation our classes give you a deep physical and emotional release.
Trilogy
Our TRILOGY is a combination class including running, boxing, weights and core work. This workout is for all, from first timers to hardened fitness enthusiasts looking for that extra motivation. Our instructors are here to encourage you, inspire you and make you sweat.
Reformer
Our REFORMER is all about core, it tightens what’s loose and loosens what’s tight. By working evenly with subtle moves, no muscles are ever over or under–trained, creating balance in the body. Combining strength and conditioning with the highly beneficial mind body principles of Pilates, we bridge the gap between athletic conditioning and healthy core-centred movement. Low impact in nature, it’s a highly empowering, uplifting and rewarding experience for the novice, the pro and all of us in between!
